I must admit I was a little skeptical @ $2.92. Time will tell though, but all is good right now. I have had this battery for only two months, but it works like a champ. A factory battery is $45-$60.
Even for the small price I paid, it wasn't worth it. Invest your money in something that will work, get a Canon original. This battery was purchased as a backup for the original factory supplied Canon battery. The battery can barely hold a charge and is done after 10 to 20 pictures.
The price for this battery was great at Amazon. The CTA replacement battery seems to work as well as the original Canon battery. I bought 3 and I have not been dissappointed.
I would have wanted to know that the battery was not pre-wrapped/ shrink wrapped, so it did not look new. Quick response from company that it was new.
Got 150 flash pictures before a recharge. Bought this battery for a lot less than the original replacemnet. Works great and I am goiign to get another for my other camera.
